("sprint") or any other competitor of bellsouth

has already accepted employment with sprint, he shall immediately cease and desist from performing any services for sprint, whether as an officer, employee or otherwise.

2. pursuant to paragraph 9 of the agreement, and for good cause shown, defendant forsee
is hereby temporarily restraint from failing to protect any and all confidential information of bellsouth
or any of its affiliated companies, and shall not destroy, misappropriate, or otherwise wrongfully disclose any such information to sprint or any party.
